Write to [email protected] and a person will answer. Telling us your phone or tablet model and the app version — it is at the bottom of Account — usually saves a round trip.
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can play from the moment you install it, with no account and no connection. An account exists so your progress survives a lost phone, and you can create one whenever you want from Account.
Does it work offline?
Entirely. Every game plays with no network, and your rounds are stored on the device first. When you next have a connection they sync in the background, dated when you actually played them.
What is free, and what does Plus add?
Free: every game, the daily session, your streak, offline play, and every level up to the first third of each game’s ladder, and the last seven days of your history. Foxling Plus, an optional subscription, opens every level of every game and all of your history. Nothing older than seven days is deleted without it — it is kept, and shown again with Plus.
When is a free trial charged?
When it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Two days before the end we remind you with a notification on your device and, if your account has an email address, an email. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, that email reaches you through Apple’s relay.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are cancelled in your account settings with them. Manage plan in the app links you straight to the right screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for runs to its end.
I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Progress that was never attached to an account lives only on the device, so reinstalling clears it. If you did have an account, sign in again and your history comes back. If it does not, write to us before creating a new account.
How do I delete my data?
Account → Delete account, in the app. It erases the copy on your device immediately and everything on our servers within 30 days. You can also start it from the Delete account page here without opening the app.
