Delete your account

Deleting is permanent. It removes your account and every round you have played, and it cannot be undone.

In the app — the quickest way

  1. Open Foxling and go to Account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. The copy on your device is erased straight away.

If you would like a copy first, Export my data on the same screen gives you everything we hold, as a file.

If you have already removed the app

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm within a few days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you never created an account, there is nothing on our servers to delete — removing the app takes everything with it.

What about my subscription?

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — only the store that billed you can do that. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings first, or it keeps renewing.
